A local Clare County youth was lucky to be alive today after a freak accident today in downtown Harrison.Witnesses claim several children were playing Jarts outside of the Towns major intersection when one child screamed and was seen running with a Jart lodged in her head.Authorities reportvthe girl is stable in a downstate hospital but as if the stories breaking they have been unable to remove the Jart.
