A women from Ipswich today has been placed under arrest for neglecting and sexually abusing her dog named "Cassey". The lady named Lisa Burrows denies allegations of sexual abuse towards the animal and claims " we made love it wasn't rape we was in a committed relationship for years".
Lisa Burrows is due in court the upcoming Monday.
