Bishop Talbert W. Swan II (also known as "Ced Lil Finger"), of Springfield, MA., is alledgedly under investigation for pimping and money laundering. Based on statement, and further cooperation, from David "QP" Swan, Bishop Swan is under investigation and soon to be indicted based on a source. Apparently, David Swan provided information that triggered and assisted the investigation (this is called snitching on the street). Bishop Swan has allegedly been using his position as a Bishop in the Church of God in Christ to recruit and pimp prostitues and launder the profits through his and other churches. Based on information gathered by the source, Bishop Swan has been given the street name Ced Lil Finger for his constantly violating street codes, the Bishop code and violating in general. This explains the "Ced" based on Cedric the Entertainer's role in the movie Top Five. The Lil Finger is supposedly based on he character from Game of Thrones who runs a whore house and is very conniving. Swan is said to be The Godfather to pimps on the east coast and travels frequently to tend to his prositutues. He is said to use his church function appearances while he travels to cover for his real business and lauded the profits. When asked to comment Bishop Swan said "it's racial......always trying to disparage a brother." When asked to comment on his cooperation in the investigation, David "QP" Swan stated that "like Trump says it's all lies...........and I blame Obamacare."
