Local fiend and baghead Jamie Evans (16) was spotted at 6:30pm on Firspark snorting pva glue and inhaling lighter fluid and then proceeded to hump the ducks on the park for approximately 3-4 minutes before passing out Jamie has also been linked to multiple different crimes such as stealing 35p energy drinks and haribos from connies if anyone knows of his whereabouts I recommend contacting 999 as this is a high dangerous and nonsey suspect
