At a train track crossing in northern Illinois, in a town called Diamond Lake, Bob Avery is slowly dying.
"I'm not real happy about it", he exclaimed.
Mr. Avery, 38, says it started fours years ago when he first moved to the area. "Everyday, someone cuts in front of me and I have to slow my car down to let them merge".
He claims to have been through 3 horns and one steering wheel repair on his car showing his displeasure."
In a lawsuit filed in February, Mr. Avery cited the train track is costing him precious time that could be otherwise well spent at home on Facebook.
"8 seconds a day, over 4 years adds up to be a lot" he added.

With no end of this dilemma and his blood pressure in jeopardy, Mr. Avery is considering a career in politics.
"I'll make changes to this death trap".
IDOT, Lake County Division of Transportation, and Mrs. Avery all refused comment for this story.
