Local man and entrepreneur Colin Bowen who resides in Mossley hill has been rumoured to of been seen out with mystery woman. All we know of her is she lives localy and they both visited a coffee shop in Speke earlier this week. A close friend of Mr Bowen said he thought the rumours were true and thinks Colin wants to "pop the question" soon.
We can only wish the pair all the best for the future and we will endeavour to find out who the lovely lady is for our readers.
