Anders winston Pilley (18) has been arrested on suspicion of being the worst driver in the country. Recently a lucky 9th time pass saw anders rip the "L" plates off the corsa and taste the freedom of driving. However after curbing his car 9 times, failing to stop at roundabouts 3 times and driving at 25 mph on the m11 the driving standards decided anders was not fit for the roads.
