Hannah Fennell, 15, was recently found to be the leading culprit in theft of a cat in the Windmill Road area. She was accompanied by a friend who was photographing her holding the cat, but the accomplice has not yet been identified.
A worried owner has been appealing to the local people about the incident which is believed to have happened in August 2016. The young girls carried the cat to an alleyway only to return it to where they found it after a few minutes. The owner is worried as to what happened to the cat as he has not been acting the same since.
