This is jack Phillips of Redcar. He is a boy racer, who thinks he's mint driving 'fast' in his 1.8 vectra. He's often seen in Teesside park on a Wednesday doing skids and I'm not talking about in his car. You can also find him outside McDonald's by himself munching a 20 chicken nugget meal because he doesn't like to share. Please be wary whilst driving past him, if you overtake his 1.8 duratec engine will kick in and he will be gone. If this happens call 101 immediately because he is known for not having any lights working.
