The Teen was driving a red Ford Explorer with 3 passengers. He was driving approximately 65mph on a 35 speed limit street when a police officer had pulled him over he kept repeating "im dropping my sister of this is my moms truck". As the police told the teen to stay inside of the vehicle he got out and started to argue with the police officer and allegedly hit the police officer and the police officer fired off 6 shots .
