Donna Marie Richards was caught urinating by police officers up against the property of someone other than herself. Donna, 44 of Cwmamman Road refused to co-operate with police officers who then had to restrain her to avoid physical abuse. The mother of three, who is a local to the Glanamman area and has been for decades has refused to comment due to shame and has issued an informal apology to both officers involved and to the local community.
