Joe Lloyd a 16 year old male has been spotted trekking around local areas such as neath, skewen and crymlyn. The teen has contacts from Neath area but are unknown. If anyone knows who he meets in these areas please contact asap.
Mr Lloyd was seen lurking in the shadows of crymlyn children's park on Saturday afternoon and then was seen heading to neath train station. For the publics safety we recommended staying with your children at all possible times.
