Kevin Cummings, 43, of Wedron was charged thursday with multiple felony offenses, including hillbilly trafficking, inbreeding, sodomy, spreading river warts, and beastiality with fish. More charges are pending. He is being held without bond at the LaSalle County complex. As one judge stated that he has never presided over a case like this in his history as judge, but wasnt surprised when he recognized who it was.
