A llanybydder man who works part time as a Bt engineer has won a free rod license to fish for salmon and sea trout from the natural resources Wales ,, when asked why he won the nrw stated that he was the only one last season not to catch any migratory fish last season so for the price of a rod license isn't cheap they felt he deserved a second chance ,, what a nice jester.
