Dainis Milenbergs of Swansea was caught at 5pm today 30-03-17 preforming sexual acts on cats and dogs, it was a neighbour that had spotted the incident and had contacted the RSPCA. We are unsure of an address but Milenbergs will be contacted because of these circumstances. If anyone has any information, please contact Paul from the RSPCA centre on 00976523090.
