In a rare joint public appearance by the House and Senate. The Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, Minority leader Nancy Pelosi. Also in the the Senate Leaders of Senate president Mitch McConnell, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schummer and Senate Pro Tempore Orrin hatch all announced at 11AM April 1st that based on recent hate at Town Halls and failed laws since 2009. They have held an emergency rare Joint Caucus meeting that on the unamious votes of members that effective April 19th the entire US House and US Senate will formerly resign by 5pm EST and the Governors will hold a rare Special election on July 19th to finish their terms. The Governors will formerly appoint replacements that don't require a Special Election by July 19th. President Trump reacted that his agenda would be better met by a US Congress not jointly divided and hated by his administration and the American people.
