The Mundelein Police Department has issued a statement regarding a chain of event involving a suspicious character peering in windows.
"He will be caught, he will be brought to justice, he will be delicious."
A local resident and baker was able to capture a photo as the Peeping Tom leered through her window.
"He just stood there staring at my muffin." she said, wishing to remain anonymous.
