On April 9, 2017 Fairview Sheriff department receive a several 911 calls stating someone was burning outside of popular nightclub TRIEDIT. Officers Mitchell Slappar and Benedict Downs arrived on the scene at approximately 2:15pm where the found Ricktavanisha Peterman seizing and burning alongside of the club dumpster. Officer Downs stated the suspect Niqqua Palease was also on the scene by the dumpster smoking a cigarette. Ms, Palease stated that her and Ms. Peterman were in a verbal altercation outside by the dumpster when Ms. Peterman assured her with her breath. Ms. Palease stated the breath came across her face in a deadly fire ???? dragon motion which cause her to become temporarily blind and the only way to defend herself was to fight fire with fire. Ms. Palease stated that as she felt her eyelashes burning into her lids only thing she could think of was the torch lighter she had in her pocket. Ms. Palease stated as she held her head down to reach for her torch lighter Ms. Petermans breath wrapped around her throats and she was falling to the ground and at an attempt to save her life she rush full effect into Ms. Peterman with her torch lit. Unknowing Ms. Pterman had low price Kanekalon braiding weave on her head and the torch instantly set the weave aflame. Suspect Niqqua Palease stated it was self defense.
