The Mississippi rapper Too Cool was arrested this morning after being caught drinking water on church ground. Police says, "after we spotted him, he took off running like a dog being let off the leash for the first time." Leaving his water behind, Too Cool runs his ass off till he is caught. It took 30 police officers to get him in handcuffs. After being tazed 78 times, he broke the cuffs and ran again screaming "fuck 12 and download my mixtape."
