In the closest election in the history of a sleepy, train delayed village in the northern suburbs of Illinois, Apathy was again announced the winner of the Village election.
"In the past 20 years the total amount of voters have rarely increased" claims anonymous historian and person who just came from Emils.
In the village that has been trying to figure out where downtown actually is there is now going to be a recount in the latest election.
According to the Lake County offices the recount will be handled in a timely fashion by the same judge who is currently expediting the SAIA case that is tied up in the courts.
"We will definitely know who is Mayor of Mundelein sometime before the next mayoral election." he added.
When reaching out to registered voters in Mundelein for this story to find out their reaction, they were surprised to learn there was an election.
