30 year old woman, Noelia Bello was shot by a customer at the Department of Social Services on Highland Ave. 25 year old, Kenyatta Lewis, who was carrying a concealed weapon reached into her purse and shot the woman in the leg. Sources say that Kenyatta Lewis was attending the Behavioral Mental health due to mental instability. Noelia is currently in the hospital and stable.
