Local woman, Lisa Justice Riggs, of Siler City, North Carolina is wanted by police for stealing dog food from the Siler City Food Lion. Witnesses say on Sunday, April 23, 2017 Riggs was seen running from the premises carrying an armful of dog food screaming, "I'm coming Frankie!!" Police have not seen the suspect, but know she is driving a red 2007 Dodge Challenger. Further investigation is pending. If you have any leads please contact the Chatham County Sheriffs Office. Pictured is the suspect with said pug, he goes by the name "Frankie" and is considered armed and dangerous.
