MADISON, WI - A local Madison man, Patrick R. Kempfer, recently won a made up contest naming him, "The Most Interesting Man In My Own Mind." It was a close race but in the end he pulled through, defeating an unnamed competitor in the last few seconds of voting. Patrick R. Kempfer created this contest earlier this year while he was bored, half-starved and sleep deprived.
