Patrick Ronald Oberlander 48 of East Peoria has made public his affection for barnyard beauty Felicity, a two year old Shropshire sheep from Creve Couer. Shropshires are gentle in disposition, making them perfect for the farm flock or as a club project for children, and according to Mr. Oberlander "it's never too early for bed, if you catch my drift". Oberlander is currently captain of a one man crusade to petition the Illinois State Legislature to recognize the personhood of sheep, paving the way for the day he plans on wedding his hirsuited gal pal.
