On the afternoon of April 28, 2017 patrol officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at a business in the north part of the city.
As a result of their investigation 19-year-old Shane Moreau Jr. of Wawanosh Ave. was charged with theft under $100.
It is alleged that Moreau attempted to leave the store with female sanitary napkins making no attempt to pay for the items.
