Joseph Downey was shot on the corner of Logan and Crawford early this morning. Police say " Joseph is in the ICU at atrium, but will be okay. He is just sleeping it off. As days pass, he will get better. It may be awhile, but he will. " Joseph's mom asks for everyone to keep Joseph in their prayers. " Joseph will get threw this, just like he does everything else " , said Joseph's mom. The person who shot him is now in custody, with Middletown police. The shooters name will not be mentioned until later on in the case. Charges will be pressed and justice Will be served for Joseph!
