All speech isn’t free, as Kati Marie Smith of Elkland, MO, found out last year when she was arrested and taken to jail for standing on a street corner screaming Onision fucked me, while holding a photograph of their supposed love child. Smith was eventually released without bond, but when she returned for a court date the following month, a judge sentenced her to 10 days in jail. She was allowed to serve her hard time at home while wearing an electronic monitoring device by stating to the judge, "I make my living working from home making YouTube videos".
