A durham man has been sentenced to 7 years prison time after buying a french villa to avoid paying taxes. He has recently moved down the country to try and avoid capture a court was told but effective police work has brought him to justice. The man believed to be from durham will have to serve the full 7 year scentence as the judge wanted to make an example
