Earlier this evening, There was a call asking for police and paramedics to the 200 block of North Curley and Orleans street. There was a victim who we won't announce to the public yet who was fatally shot, Officers state they have the shooter in custody and they identified the shooter as Benjamin Allen. Witnesses state they saw Benjamin running out of a alley way leading on to him opening fire with a pistol. An hour or so later Benjamin was caught in a stolen vehicle also with a 22 Smith and Wesson the same one used to fatally shoot the victim. At this time Benjamin Allen is in custody waiting to be sentenced.
