A Riverside, Texas man named Darrin Trammell encountered a runaway beer truck snowballing down Hwy 19 to what would have been a certain disaster just in time to ease up behind it, climb out of his car while careening at breakneck speeds and jump onto the back of the truck. He was able to pop the safety hatch on the bay doors and rapidly consume the last 32 cases of Busch before the truck and his car ran wildly off the road. Darrin said he wasn't worried about his car, the truck, nor himself, but was very excited that the beer didn't go to waste. Cheers to this great American and good Samaritan.
