A former employee of Concord Cleaners, and former student of Criminology at State University of New York at Old Westbury, Scott Garrett of Franklin Square, was caught by his mother having sex with his poodle at his west side residence last friday night.
She told deputies she heard the bed making noises while Garrett grunted and moaned. At that point, she "could not take it anymore," so she ran outside and called the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office (HCSO).
When a deputy called Garrett's father about the allegations, his response was that his mother is "crazy," he was upset his dog had been removed from the home, and his dogs had their vaccines.
Garrett is in the Hempstead County Jail on a $15,000 bond. He is charged with engaging in sexual conduct with an animal.
