Late tuesday night Carver Tracks gang member, Julian Morgan (not Perez) fled on his bill at local iHop pancake house. He ordered a Breakfast Sampler with a side of french toast and an glass of orange juice, he later stated "Mmmm it hit the spot!!". Mr Morgan was caught by police running down Hwy-111 trying to get back to Carver Track$. This isnt the first time Juballs has done this, turns out mulitple Restaurants around the valley he also fled on the bill! This is known as "dine and dashing" he stated.
