A local Kiltimach man by the Name of Ryan Carroll has been before the district court today in swinford, following a heated argument with a local gardener, Ryan says he saw the gardener cutting grass with the lawn mower on cutting level 5, Mr.Carroll alerted the gardener that he had it on the wrong level saying "Oi doughnut, you've that mower on the wrong level yea clown" Mr.Carroll continued to fire abuse towards the gardener and finished by wrapping a rake around his neck, Mr.Carroll then proceed on his way while shouting "Il drop kick you the far side of Westport if I see you doing that shit again" case to be resumed at the end of the month.
