A Grayson County man was attacked and killed by a shark shortly after sharing a fake news story about sharks being spotted in Kentucky. The attack took place at the Leitchfield Water Park early Tuesday. The victim was still holding the phone he used to share the fake story. Local authorities, including the animal control officer, have no idea how the shark got into the water park but stated unequivocally that sharing fake stories about sharks is as effective as chumming the in with blood bait.
