Lawmakers and Cabinet members have met in a closed session to discuss where the new Capitol should be built and after a very lengthy session it has been decided that the new White House will be built on a parcel of land located near the end of Byars Drive in South Carrollton, Kentucky. Construction should begin around the first part of July and should be nearing completion around mid-to late August.
