Joshua L. Brockman was arrested at 9:16p.m. July 5th by Sherrif Steve W. Miller.
Brockman ran through Revival Tabernacle, Clifford, IN while yelling "Obdoola Oblongata" "Ooh eee ooh ah ah, Ting tang walla walla bing bang" repeatedly while he was clothless. Miller said, "I just don't understand kids these days. No respect is an understatement".
