Around 11pm on July 6th a couple leaving the Bonsack Walmart reported seeing someone in contume upon further looking Mason Smith 47, of Roanoke said "it was standing under the light waving with balloons." When police arrived the clown had since disappeared, no other sightings have been reported at this time.
