Virginia Beach local Robert Duncan has been selected to replace World Champion Peter Sagan on team Bora for the remainder of the tour. In the press release from the team it was stated, "Bobby is great at talking smack, and has been know to pull local rides for miles. We are excited to see if he can back up his talk with some strong stage finishes."
