Wayne Kotulic has been found to be a thief and a money launderer. He has already been charged with 4 counts of theft and has been thought to of been involved in a serious money laundering scam in which users could go online and type in "cash for gold" and Kotulic would send cash to their PayPal accounts once the gold was received. He then used the money that he was supposed to be paying them for a dirty stock market trick.
