Pennsylvania state police were astonished to find Smithton Resident John Petunski riding a scooter cooler on insterstate-70.
When Mr.Petunski was questioned by a policeman on why he was riding on the interstate on a blue scooter cooler he replied with,"I was just going to get some of mans water(beer). Authorities say he was perfectly funciontable and didn't seem drunk until he blew into a breathalyzer and they quickly realized Mr.Petunski was intoxicated beyond disbelief,when he had a .34 breathilizer blood alchohol rating,almost deadly...
Mr.Petunski has a court hearing on Monday for the charging pending that include DUI,expired liscence,and driving a non street legal vehicle.
