Local help desk technician, Andrew Bauer, continues to kill it at his job at GreatAmerica in Cedar Rapids, IA.
We called the help desk for comment, but were unable to reach Andy. However, one of his coworkers said this: "He smells a little bit like cheese, but that guy sounds so darn pleasant on the phone!".
