Danny White claims to found a scratch lottery ticket while walking to work. Mr. White is currently staying at the Roanoke Rescue Mission. He state's it was just another ordinary day, he did a service assignment in the kitchen at the Rescue Mission. When he was walking to his job he saw the ticket laying on the ground and just picked it up to look at it. When he saw it was a winner he said i about had a heart attack.
