The Milwaukee Brewers are making their usual moves at the all-star break by trading away sluggers Eric Thames, Jonathan Villar, and Travis Shaw for left-handed reliever Tyler Webb and Three draft picks from the New York Yankees. "We really have no chance to win this year so we are looking toward the future and moving this ball club forward. The Cubs will own this division for at least the next few years and we have to just accept that although we are in first place right now, the chance of us holding that lead is slim. This club always finds a way to screw things up." Milwaukee skipper Craig Counsel explains.
"Even Korea was better than playing here," Thames says about Milwaukee "I'm looking forward to helping the Yankees in any way I can."
