Valley commuters will have a new light to stop at soon on Pacheco Pass Highway 152 and Bloomfield Ave. Added traffic congestion from travelers trying to bypass the poorly designed Ferguson Rd traffic light has called for more lights to be added to the pass. CalTrans spokesman stated that since drivers are stopping at the intersection already 'it just makes sense to add another light'. Construction for the new traffic light is scheduled to begin Labor Day Weekend, Friday September 1st 2017 and is expected to be completed early 2018.
