Tom Herman, who has donated over $244,000 to The Clinton Foundation over the past three years, made the cover of Dave Campbell's Texas Football 2017 edition.
Best known for winning a Peach Bowl at University of Houston in his first season and recruiting consensus 5 star recruit Ed Oliver, the cover raises questions about the coach's ties and any mortal humans ability to turn around a program with ten consecutive 5-7 seasons.
