A Japanese sailor was recently found in the waters off Galveston island when his submarine emerged. Dressed in WW2 era clothing, he unsuccessfully tried to take a fishing boat prisoner. When questioned, it was determined that he was never informed the war had ended. Captain Ichi Wang was quoted as saying 'girrigan, must find girrigan'
