In a breaking development we have learned that President Trump has given the nuclear launch codes to Russia. When asked for comment an administration official said "Doing this has opened transparency between the two countries and has shown the United States' desire to have a long lasting relationship". In the highly unexpected move, Defense Secretary James Mattis said he would knife hand any of the "Commie Bastards" if they decide to use it. More to follow as the story is still breaking.
