Former President Obama has said he will use the useper-nationalist clause from 1678 in the the original framework of the Constitution that states: When a past leader of a nation see fit to right the wrongs of the voters, he shall by the powers of his past office may keep take said office from the leader herein. Obama only needs 1 Senator and 1 Congressman to initiate this lawful takeover. Trump said he will use the Supreme court in order to rule this out as antiquated and not fit for the times and procedures of Presidential office powers and removals from 1892 in the sixth clause of the Constitution.
