Jessie L Flock was arrested on 07/15/2017 for aggravated battery to an officer, reckless driving, and fleeing. According to local officials she was pulled over for reckless driving. She fled the officers for over an hour before she lost control of her vehicle and ended up in a ditch on Hwy 51 near Diamond Jim's. When the officers tried to apprehend her, she struck one officer repeatedly. She was eventually subdued and taken to the local jail.
