Local police have had many reports throughout the years until the situation got serious. A woman that goes by the name Jennifer Clark got arrested at the scene. Two children Ashley Clark and Felicia Clark were found in the basement tied up.
Neighbors said they have heard Mrs.Clark tickeling the children until they peed. They children are in good condition but are seriously petrified. Jennifer Clark was scentenced to 15 years in priosion for tickle torchure.
